GPOWER nanoceramic aerogel insulation is rated for continuous service at 1000°C+ (up to ~1100°C for the ceramic-fiber-reinforced grades). It is engineered for hot-face use on furnaces, kilns, boilers, exhaust systems and coffee-roaster drums — not just as a cold-face back-up layer.
Yes, in most equipment where wall thickness and weight matter. GPOWER delivers equal or better insulation at 5–10× less weight and a much thinner wall, cutting structural load and fuel use. For very high-mass static structures above 1000°C we recommend a hybrid design engineered together with your team.
Field experience and our own roaster retrofit show 15–30% energy reduction versus thick refractory or ceramic-fiber walls, with typical payback of 6–18 months depending on duty cycle and fuel price. A joint test on your own equipment gives you a number you can trust.
GPOWER offers low-biopersistence fiber chemistries (AES/PCW) that avoid the refractory ceramic fibre (RCF) SVHC concern under EU REACH. CE (CPR EN 14303) and EN 13501-1 fire-classification pathways are in progress with third-party labs. We are happy to share our compliance roadmap with qualified buyers.
GPOWER targets an A1 (non-combustible) classification under EN 13501-1. Formal third-party fire certification is part of our ongoing compliance roadmap; current internal testing supports the A1 target. We will not issue a certificate we do not yet hold.
Both. A flexible blanket/wrap suits pipes, drums and curved surfaces; a semi-rigid board suits furnace and kiln walls. This makes GPOWER a drop-in retrofit as well as an OEM component you can design into new equipment.
Yes. We run a free sample-and-joint-test program: you receive material for your equipment and we co-measure surface temperature, energy use and roast-profile stability. It removes the risk of switching and gives you hard data for a purchasing decision. Start here →
