For industrial materials, certification is the price of entry — especially EU REACH. Here is our staged path.
- Stage 0 — Compliance & evidence first
Fiber-chemistry confirmation (RCF vs AES/PCW), REACH SVHC screening, and commissioning independent thermal conductivity, 1000°C aging and fire-rating tests (SGS / TÜV class). This is the gate everything else depends on.
- Stage 1 — Coffee-roaster OEM entry
Free samples and joint comparison tests with roaster manufacturers; field case study with customer authorization; first repeatable reference installations.
- Stage 2 — Industrial distribution
Engagement with high-temperature insulation distributors and fabricators; CE (CPR EN 14303) and EN 13501-1 A1 pathway; English technical content and SEO.
- Stage 3 — Scale
Regional agent network, OEM co-branding, and project-based repeat business with end-users (ceramics, glass, metallurgy, petrochemical).
Transparency note: third-party certified test reports and CE/EPD documentation are in preparation. We share progress openly with qualified buyers under NDA and provide the certified datasheet as soon as it is released.
